====XTemplate Development Road Map====

- A PHP 5 version has been released see: XTemplatePHP5
- There's also a [[CachingXTemplate caching extension of XTemplate]] that's been developed (31/12/2006) and is included in current release.
- We are maintaining a PHP 4 branch of the main code tree where possible, however it is expected that over time this will be deprecated in favour of the PHP 5 code.
