General support can usually be found on Internet Relay Chat on channel #XTemplate on irc.freenode.net. If it doesn't seem busy, mention my username (phpcodemonkey) and that should notify me that someone's about wanting assistance, however it's also worth noting that I'm in the UK for my timezone.
