- typo3.org TYPO3 project, a free CMS framework released under the GPL has an extension by Fabien Udriot that uses XTemplate. Their site says "XTemplate is a simple and very powerful template engine. - Drupal Content management system uses XTemplate as the default theme engine, though, because they thought XTemplate was a little dead as a project, it's being retired by the looks of things. We're alive and well, if a little delayed ;)
